Designed for young athletes ages 8-12, our kids program emphasizes fun while establishing a solid strength and conditioning foundation. CrossFit Kids classes are offered periodically during the school year, with pop-up classes scheduled around holiday breaks. Our CrossFit Kids Summer Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 17th to August 22nd (9:30-10:30am).
Our CrossFit Cubs class is for athletes ages 3-5, this program focused on fun and exploring CrossFit. Cubs Class runs for 6 weeks every Tuesday at 5:30pm starting April 16th.
