In High School and College, I participated in multiple different sports including football, soccer, baseball, track & field, and hockey. In the last fifteen years, my focus has shifted to endurance sports and I have completed multiple marathons, Ironman distance Triathlons, and Ultra-marathon trail races. Bored with the standard long-distance runs and bench/back/leg days of traditional weightlifting, I started CrossFit seven years ago to incorporate a variety of high-intensity workouts into my training programs.
