I grew up playing multiple sports. Baseball was my focus and I was fortunate enough to even play in the Junior Olympics. After Baseball, I became a typical gym BRO – I bench pressed and biceps curled more than I’d like to admit. When I grew tired of the normal gym experience, I began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA. After 7 years of grappling, I was invited to a CrossFit workout (12 days of Xmas) by Andrew and never looked back. I have been coaching at the Wheelhouse since the doors opened and enjoy sharing my love of fitness with our amazing community.
